Payment Terms

All payments made through the Website are due in full at the time of purchase unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise. By submitting payment, You authorize the charge to Your chosen payment method and confirm You are the authorized cardholder.

Project Initiation & Client Responsibilities

Work on a project begins only after payment has been successfully processed and all required onboarding materials (content, assets, access credentials, and feedback) have been submitted.

You agree to provide necessary materials in a timely manner. The Company is not responsible for project delays caused by missing or late client-provided information.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment, You will receive ownership of the final deliverables unless otherwise specified in a project-specific contract. The Company reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials to demonstrate professional experience.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services provided.

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company under any provision of these Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service.

”AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
