What’s the difference between monthly and lump sum?
You get the same website either way. The difference is how you pay. The monthly plan spreads out the cost and includes ongoing edits and support, while the lump sum option is a one-time build with a small monthly hosting fee.
Is there a contract?
The monthly plan has a 12-month minimum to cover the cost of building your website. After that, it becomes month-to-month.
What happens after the first year?
Nothing changes. You continue paying monthly and receiving the same hosting, support, and unlimited edits.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. If you start on the monthly plan and later want to own the site outright, we can work out a buyout option.
What does “unlimited edits” include?
This includes content updates like text changes, image swaps, or updating business info. Larger changes like new pages or advanced features are quoted separately.
